1. Who we are

DzRouter (DzRouter) is responsible for the personal data processed on this site, in accordance with Algerian law 18-07 of 10 June 2018. Contact: admin@dzrouter.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), optional name and phone number, preferred language.

Billing data: top-ups, payment method, amounts, transfer references and the receipts you upload. Card details are handled by Chargily Pay or Stripe and never reach our servers.

Usage metadata: for each API request, the model, token counts, cost, status and time. We do not store the content of your prompts or of the responses.

Security logs: IP address and technical data, kept for a limited time to protect the service.

3. Why

To provide the service and bill it, to prevent fraud and abuse, to answer your requests, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Who receives it

Your requests are forwarded to the AI model providers needed to answer them, some of which are located outside Algeria. Payment data is shared with the payment provider you choose (Chargily Pay, Stripe, Algérie Poste). We never sell your data.

5. How long

Account data while your account is open; billing records for the period required by accounting law; usage metadata for 24 months; security logs for 12 months at most.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing by writing to admin@dzrouter.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the national personal-data protection authority (ANPDP).
